I would not recommend this company to any one. I placed an order and had a lot of trouble trying to make a photo fit a corrugated iron sheet, I immediately emailed them to say I had trouble and could they please make sure the picture fitted the sheet. Received email next day to say printing has been done and its exactly what I was seeing not fitting properly but was offered another one if I paid another 50%. They refused to refund the $152.45. This is a lot of money and I have been saving all year towards Christmas presents something I budget for as the pension does not go far. I was informed that in the small print its states once order is placed it cant be changed SO BE AWARE. They do not deserve the one star rating. Please see photo it does not fit and the wording above tells you This is a preview guide only. The positioning of the corrugation ridges may differ slightly on the printed product. As previously stated this is why I ordered then emailed to make sure it fitted correctly. I will quote the The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) in New Zealand gives consumers rights when buying products and services, ensuring they are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the description. If a product is faulty, the retailer is responsible for providing a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the issue's seriousness.
