I have used Diamond Photo for several years and in general I am happy with the results, I always find that the colour balance is slightly out with too much contrast, some times dark greens come out black. I now adjust my photos in Photoshop to compensate. I initially thought it was the colour calibration of my monitor but have subsequently seen people having the same problem, I really don't know why they can't fix this

Arrived broken
