No quality check

The book arrived all stuck together so I had to pull it apart which ruined the corners and the pages were wonky. Then I had a page of other peoples photos in the book. I’ve had an apology but am still waiting to hear back about what happens next! Not the best as it was for Christmas which now we can’t do.

Wavy pages

I have bought Diamond Photo products for many years and have been impressed with their consistently high quality. The hard cover book did not reach that expected high standard as the pages were rippled. Diamond Photo advised that this is expected with any photo book. Perhaps some more product development is required.
