Very pleased with the prompt delivery. Design came up well, however there was some damage on the reverse side. this was rectified very quickley with a replacement - very happy.
The first placemat I recieved had sticky stuff and a rough edge round the bottom of it. After sending an e-mail with photos another one was sent out which was perfect. Thank-you.
