Very grainy

Don’t want to stand up close as it’s super grainy and pixilated. Paid a decent amount so expected it to be better quality

Unfortunately arrived with bends the upper side and appears to have a thin layer of grease/deposit on surface, possibly from the bubble wrap

Output from HQ file is poor

I uploaded a very high detail astrophotography photo and it printed out mushy and lacks much detail, I contacted them and they sent out another but unfortunately it was just as bad. I will not use these services again.
