Previously not happy with these mugs

I have purchased 2 mugs for gifts for friends. The last two lots i have ordered have not been good, photos chipping off after a few hand washes (no dishwasher) I contacted Diamond photos about this and they were good about replacing these mugs, sadly the same thing happened to the mugs within weeks. I ordered these latest ones and have everything crossed that they will be better. If not I will not be ordering anymore photo mugs off Diamond phots
