I purchased a mug as a birthday present. Due to the colours being over saturated, the cheeks looked sunburnt and the green colours on an outfit looked fluorescent!! Colours were not natural or a true representation of the photos submitted.I couldn’t give my purchase as a gift and the only solution offered was for me to provide different photos or credit. I asked for a refund but this was not forthcoming. Very disappointing that a company of this magnitude did such a poor job.
