Glue obvious in binding. Printing ok. But overall cheap looking and feeling. I've used better companies.

I have now made several photobooks with Diamond Photos and generally the books have been great and enjoyed by our grandsons. Unfortunately the latest photobook I made had too much glue down the spine so it makes it hard to open the pages of the book. Otherwise the colours are nice and photos look great.
Unfortunatly the glue on both the front and back cover obscured the pictures . Not enough care taken . I was pleased Diamond Photos re did another photo book free of charge ( hence the score of 3) however this took over a week to fulfill.
