WHAT DOES "THUMBNAIL CONVERTER IS NOT SUPPORTED IN YOUR BROWSER" MEAN?

The design software requires Adobe Flash Player to run. If you see this message Adobe Flash Player is not installed or there is a problem with the installation. Find what version you have and install the newest version here - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html . To re-enable it follow these instructions: Type "about:plugins" (without the quotation marks) into the address bar at the top of a Chrome browser window. Click "Details" at the upper-right corner of the page. Find the "Flash" (or "Shockwave Flash") listing on the Plug-ins page and click the corresponding "Enable" button. Close all Chrome windows and restart the browser.

WHAT DO I DO IF I GET ERROR #2046 WHEN UPLOADING MY PHOTOS?

Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html - there you will see Global Storage Settings Panel. It is a real settings panel, not an image. Uncheck the box "Store common Flash components to reduce download times". Now clear your browser cache & temporary internet files.

If this doesn't work, then check your date and time settings are correct, then try the fix again.
